CONDITIONER. THE WRONG SIZED AIR CONDITIONING UNIT CAN LEAD TO
INEFFICIENCIES AND LOSS OF MONEY.

When discussing air conditioning sales, homeowners should request professional guidance on the correct sized system for their home. Air conditioning professionals should be able to perform an installation assessment and consider factors such as the size of the rooms, the height of your ceiling, insulation, the size and orientation of your windows, the size and orientation of your doors, sunlight and draughts. These will have a huge impact on the size and type of system needed.

Just because an air conditioning unit is big, it doesn’t necessarily mean it’s efficient and will cool a small room more effectively. Models that are too powerful for a room will run for short periods to reach the set temperature; once reached, the system will stop.
